We encourage children to gain the skills that help them to be independent and look after themselves. These include taking themselves to the toilet and taking off, and putting on, outdoor clothes. Clothing that is easy for them to manage will help them to do this.
Just in case they have an accident, or their clothes get wet and muddy during outdoor play.
To avoid mix-ups, the staff would really appreciate it if all parents would label any clothing that your child will wear, or bring with them to Pre-School. We do provide the children with aprons and protective clothing for any really messy activities! We also provide hi-vis jackets for the children whenever we venture out on a nature trail or an expedition around the village.
